In the film we see three friends who have known each other since they were little. For ten years they have maintained a tradition, which consists of meeting on Christmas Eve to spend the night together, no matter what.
Little by little, these meetings have been drifting to parties in which debauchery becomes the norm. They are memorable parties that friends are waiting for throughout the year, because it is when they have more fun.
As they get older the responsibilities are coming and it is here that their meetings become more complicated. They realize that they will not be able to gather more, and that’s why they want to have a final party.
This final feast has to be special, something to be remembered forever. That’s why they decide that what they have to do is look for the Holy Grail of the holidays, the way to make memorable parties that endure in time.
